| 摘 要： | 创新能力与创业能力是以能力为本位的职业教育的核心内容。本文针对职教现状，在分析培养创新能力与创业能力的必要性前提下，从转变观念和改革教育模式、内容、方法到加强社会实践等方面阐述了在职业教育中应加强学生创新能力与创业能力的培养。

| Abstract: | Innovative ability and the ability of starting an undertaking are key content in vocational education. Based on the current situation of the high vocational education, after analyzing the necessity of ability in innovation and undertaking, this article describes methods and strategies of strengthening student's ability in innovation and undertaking in high vocational education by changing the educational idea, reforming educational pattern, content and strengthening social work etc. |
