| 摘 要： | 在加强教师队伍建设过程中,要坚持从教师队伍的实际情况出发,有的放矢,做好教师队伍经常性思想和管理工作.本文分析了笔者所在单位教师队伍经常性思想和管理工作的主要特点,提出几点建议.

| Abstract: | To strengthen building up a contingent of faculty,we should firstly clarify their characteristics then have a definite object in view for regular ideological and administrative work.This paper analyses systematically the main features of the faculty in our university.Based on this,we offer several useful suggestions for the regular ideological and administrative work. |
