| 摘 要： | 晚清以翻译西方法学书籍，引入西方法学理论和法律制度为主要内容的西方法学的传入，在近代中国和世界法律发展史上占有重要的一页。对动摇晚清中国传统法律观念以及对清末中国法制改革和法律现代化进程产生了深远的影响。由于近代中国特殊的基本国情和历史条件，西方法学的传入所呈现的时代特征和规律也是明显的。
