| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法等研究方法，整理、归纳2002田径竞赛规则修改的有关条款。并对其修改特点进行分析。研究表明，规则具有明显的变革特点，促进着田径运动和竞赛裁判工作水平的提高与发展，并对裁判员的提出了更高要求。旨在学习、理解、掌握、运用新规则提供思路和方法。

Analysis of Speciality of Modification in Athletic Rules in 2002 |

| Abstract: | By using the research method of literature and material, the related items modified in 2002 Athletic Rules were sorted over and generalized, and specility of modification was analyzed. Research indicated that rules had obvious innovation and improved the athletic judgement and presented umpires higher demand. The aim of this article is to supply the ways of thinking and the methods in studying, understanding, mastering and using new rules. |
