| 摘 要： | 蒙古族饮食中社会性别意识明显,这种意识的形成受传统性别观念、劳动分工及宗教的影响。从饮食制作、女性角色及饮食中的性别观等方面,分析饮食习俗中的女性意识,提出改变蒙古族饮食习俗中性别观的途径。
