| Abstract: | The cultivation of high-quality physical-education(PE) teachers suitable for the development of higher education is one of the important tasks for the university management and development.Universities should strengthen the development of PE Teachers,introduce high-quality PE talents in,encourage young PE teachers with a strong ideological and political work as a guide and strengthen the management of sectors,which is an effective strategy to enhance the quality of college PE teachers and can offer the successful educational theory and practical referable experience for the management and development of college PE teachers. |
