| 摘 要： | 如皋市作为江苏省首批创建义务教育优质均衡改革发展示范区,在区域推进义务教育优质均衡发展方面,主要采取了四个方面的有效举措:统筹布局调整、学校建设、教育装备,促进办学条件优质均衡;追求教学模式科学化、教学管理制度化、教学研究实效化,促进教育质量优质均衡;创新教育管理制度、管理方式、评价机制,促进教育管理优质均衡;推进教师培训工程、教师均衡配置、教师管理创新,促进师资队伍优质均衡。

| Abstract: | Rugao City,as one of the first models of compulsory educational high-quality and balanced development,mainly takes four effective measures in regional promotion:holistic planning and adjustment of school construction and education equipment;pursuit of scientific teaching modes,institutionalized teaching administration,and effectiveness of teaching research;innovation of educational administration system,style,and assessment mechanism;enhancement of teacher training project,teacher resource distribution,and teacher management innovation. |
