| 摘 要： | 有效的政府公共关系对于政民间的沟通、公共危机的治理及政府形象的提升具有极其重要的意义。但在我国，政府公共关系的有效性受到政府工作人员的公关意识薄弱、公关技巧缺乏、沟通渠道不畅等因素的制约。为此，必须从提升政府工作人员的公关素质、疏通政民间的联系渠道、加大为民办实事的力度等方面，实现有效的政府公共关系。

| Abstract: | An effective public relation in the government is important for the communications between the government and the people and helpful towards the settlement of public crisis and the upgrading of the government＇s image. But problems still exist in our country like the civil servant＇s poor PR consciousness, the lack of PR abilities and skills and the lack of effective communication means, etc. So it is necessary to enhance work in the government, such as raising the civil servant＇s PR consciousness, opening the communication channels and doing substantial work to achieve the effective public relations . |
