| 摘 要： | 本文从时代的发展和知识的特性出发，分析了知识分享的原因，着重探讨了知识分享的保护问题。知识是生产要素，需要建立一套与之相适应的管理体系来保护知识的生产、使用和传播，从而促进知识的创新。在知识经济时代，知识的分享与保护应成为企业知识管理的重点。

| Abstract: | This text sets out from the proper characteristic in knowledge, analyzing the shared reason in knowledge, emphasizing to inquiry into the shared protection in knowledge problem. The knowledge is a production factor, needing to be established a set of with it mutually adapt to of management system to production that protect the knowledge, usage with spread, from but promote the knowledge creative. In the knowledge-based economy ages, the sharing of the knowledge should become the point of the business enterprise knowledge management with shared protection in knowledge. |
