天冬酰胺键合硅胶的制备与表征

摘    要:采用固液相表面化学反应法,以胺丙基硅胶为基质,通过丁二酸酐将胺丙基转化为羧基,以1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳二亚胺盐酸盐(EDC)和N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺(NHS)为羧基活化剂,制备了天冬酰胺键合硅胶。利用元素分析、X射线光电子能谱分析和紫外吸收光谱分析对键合硅胶表面功能团进行表征,结果表明天冬酰胺成功键合到硅胶表面,键合量为0.6mg/g。

Abstract:An asparagine-modified silica gel was prepared by the solid-liquid reaction method using aminoproply silica gel support. The aminoproply groups were transferred to carboxyl groups via succinic anhydride, the 1-Ethyl-3-(3-dimethyllaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide were used as activated reagent for carboxyl groups. The resulting bonded silica was characterized by using elemental analysis, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and ultraviolet spectrometry. The results showed that the asparagine groups were successfully bonded to the silica and the boned-phase coverage was 0.6mg/g.
