| 摘 要： | 产学研合作作为国家发展战略,是加快转变经济发展方式,加快产业结构调整,拥有更多的核心技术、知识产权,增强核心竞争力的必然要求。从法律视角论述了天津产学研合作的基本现状、存在的问题,比较了国外发达国家运用法律手段促进产学研合作的成功经验,提出了以法律手段促进产学研合作创新的对策与建议。
