| 摘 要： | 青海国有企业的破产改制工作特别是省属企业的破产改制工作目前已基本结束,各级政府为此做了大量工作,取得了明显的成效,使青海省在这项工作上从一定程度上走在了全国的前列。文章围绕青海省国有企业破产改制后的情况进行了调查和分析,提出了一些思考与建议。
