| 摘 要： | 理查德·比特纳的《贪婪、欺诈和无知:美国次贷危机真相》一书除了揭示美国次贷危机的原因和真相以外,还探讨了次贷危机与中国的关系,对我们很有借鉴价值。美国经济衰退将对中国经济产生重大影响。次贷危机的爆发对中国商品的出口产生巨大影响,同时使中国拥有的美国金融资产面临缩水的窘境。要对抵押贷款进行有效的风险管理,应审慎对待资产证券化,在金融创新的同时一定要加强金融监管,这是中国应从次贷危机中吸取的深刻教训。对未来可能发生的更为严重的冲击,我们应提前作好充分的准备。
