| 摘 要： | 高职教育是培养高技术人才的阵地,其基本原则是“因岗施教,因材施教,岗材结合,重在上岗”。因此,高职教育宜从地方经济特色出发,同地方经济紧密相连,依托用人单位积极开展多种形式的实践教学活动。高职经管类专业的学生应从入学抓起,全程融入社会实践教学。教师也应深入到社会经济活动中去,以实践促教学,使教与学都紧紧围绕提高学生技能这一主题上来。

| Abstract: | The basic task of vocational education is to train advanced specialized and technical talents and the basic principles of vocational education are to teach students in accordance with their aptitude,to teach students in accordance with their position of employment,to choose the position of employment in accordance with the apti-tude of a student,and,to put the employment of students as the priority.Thus,the vocational education should implement various of social practice activities actively based on the local economical characteristics,connected with the local economy,and relied on the agencies and companies with employment potential.In this paper,it is pro-posed that,for students majoring in business management,social practices as a teaching link should be arranged through the whole process of teaching.Consequently,the teaching could be improved through practice,and,the teaching and learning could be focused on increasing the skills of the students. |
