| 摘 要： | 在有限元方法基础上，提出了目标函数对几何参数灵敏度计算的一种新方法，并推导了有关公式，利用这种方法，在解场的同时，直接计算灵敏度，减小了计算代价。

| Abstract: | Based on the finite element method,a new algorithm for evaluating the sen sitivity of electric field intensity to geometr ic parameters of the electrode syste m is presented in this dissertation.By means of this algorithm,the sensitivity can be evaluated as like the nodal potential solution.Numerical results show that this method is very effective. |
