瓜环主客体化学的现代分析检测手段

摘    要:超分子化学或者主客体化学作为化学研究的一个热点,受到了越来越广泛的关注。在主客体化学中。瓜环作为一类新型笼状化合物逐渐成为超分子化学领域的研究热点。主客体作用模式多样化,作用机理复杂化,探讨主客体化学的现代分析检测手段纷繁不同,可以利用紫外可见吸收光谱法、荧光光谱法、热重法.差热法、核磁共振技术、电化学方法、红外光谱法,单晶x-射线衍射技术、高效液相色谱法等等现代分析检测手段,从不同的角度、层次探讨主客体相互作用的模式、机理、结构、分子间相互作用力等。现代分析检测手段的研究发展与应用,使主客体化学研究系统化、深入化,并取得突破性进展。

Abstract:Supramolecular host-guest chemistry as a chemical or a hot chemistry,has attracted more and more attention.In the host-guest chemistry,the cucurbituril as a new class of cage-like compounds,supramolecular chemistry has become a research hotspot.Diversity of subject and object mode of action,mechanism of complicated host-guest chemistry of modern analytical testing numerous different methods can be used UV-visible absorption spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy,thermogravimetry,differential thermal,magnetic resonance technology,electrochemical method,infrared spectroscopy,single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques,high-performance liquid chromatography,and other modern analytical test methods,from different angles,levels of host-guest interaction model,mechanism,structure,intermolecular interaction,etc..Means of modern analytical testing research and application of the systematic study of host-guest chemistry have made a depth and a breakthrough development.
