| Abstract: | Setting up the scientific view point of development reliably, it is important to construct the well-off society comprehensively and advance the development of the economic society in minority nationality regions. Formulating the corresponding measures and the policies to change the poor condition as soon as possible in minority nationality regions, it is the important constitution of advancing our country socialist modern construction and the important guarantee of strengthening the national unity, maintaining the reunification of the motherland and the social stability. |
