| Abstract: | The instructional supervision refers to one kind of management in the college which supervises, inspects, conducts and assesses the total movement condition of the school teaching in the entire journey based on the needs of guaranteeing the school quality of teaching as well as scientific, standardized and stringent to the teaching supervisory work. The article has made the introduction to several important theory supports in the construction of instructional supervision system non-balanced system from the organization theory, the reaction control theory, the drive theory. |
