| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary,the paper conducts detailed analysis and summarizes the research status of Chinese sports legislation when after reform and opening from the following aspects: the research on sports regulation system;the micro-subjects of sports law;the building of sports law etc.On the basis of research,the writer points out the existing problems and puts forward solutions on legislation research in China. |
