| 摘 要： | “绿色运动”今天已经成为影响日益扩大的世界性潮流。发展“绿色”经济，对于转变经济增长方式，实现可持续发展意义重大。我国作为一个农业和人口大国，没有农村的“绿色”，就谈不上全社会的绿色文明。因此构建农村绿色经济体系，非常必要而迫切。本文论述了绿色经济及农村绿色经济体系的含义，构建农村绿色经济体系的主要任务，实施绿色发展战略的必要性，并就如何建设我国农村绿色经济体系进行了系统化的思考。
