| 摘 要： | 工学结合的人才培养模式是提高高职教育教学质量的关键。由于企业参与工学结合的积极性不高,运作比较困难,传统的教学方法、内容和手段同工学结合的理念不相适应。所以高职院校要解放思想,创新思路,在深刻理解工学结合内涵的基础上,因地制宜地探索工学结合的路径和方法,结合国家精品课程建设,对工学结合的特征、内涵以及人才培养模式和存在问题进行深入思考。

| Abstract: | work-integrated learning personnel training mode of higher vocational education is to improve the quality of teaching,because the key enterprises to participate in the ＂combination＂ enthusiasm is not high,participate in more difficult,the traditional teaching methods,the content and the method of concept of work-integrated learning is not appropriate.So that higher vocational colleges should ＂emancipating the mind,creative thinking,in the deep understanding of the＂ work-integrated learning based on the connotation of ＂local＂ work-integrated learning ＂path and methods.Based on the national construction exquisite course of ＂work-integrated learning process,the definition,connotation,＂ teaching mode and the existing problems are discussed. |
