| 摘 要： | 近代以来,由于国家战略态势的变动,直隶成为战略敏感地带,亦是朝廷重兵集结之区。甲午战后,清政府锐意裁兵,直隶绿营的裁撤程序也随之启动,历经王文韶、裕禄、袁世凯、陈夔龙等人的裁撤,迄至清亡,尚未完成裁撤任务。直隶绿营的裁撤在不同的时段,裁兵诉求也迥然相异,映射出多重的政治信息,是观察晚清绿营裁军的窗口。通过对直隶绿营裁军的研究,为我们考察晚清绿营裁军提供了极好的面相。

| Abstract: | Zhili province became a strategic point and the administrative area for massive forces owing to the change of the national strategic trends since modern times.Qing government began to disarm Green Banner Army after Jiawu War,and the disarmament of Green Banner Army in Zhili Province also started.Disarmament of Green Banner Army in Zhili Province was not completed by Wang Wenshao,Yu Lu,Yuan Shikai and Chen Kuilong when Qing Dynasty was overturned.The disarmamental aims of Green Banner Army in Zhili Province were not the same in different periods.They reflect much political information which makes it easy for us to observe the disarmament in late Qing.The research into the disarmament of Green Banner Army provides good evidence for us to observe the disarmament of Green Banner Army in late Qing dynasty. |
