| 摘 要： | 运球技术是高校体育课篮球教学中需要重点练习的基本技术。为了使学生在有限的教学时数内快速提高运球技术,同时将运球技术和传球、投篮技术组合起来,文章采用"8"字折返运球练习法进行实验研究,旨在探究提高篮球教学效果的方法,从而提高学生的篮球技术水平,达到锻炼学生身体素质的目的。

| Abstract: | Dribbling technology is an important basic technology in Basketball teaching of college sports,in order to make the students to improve their dribbling technology rapidly in limited time,at the same combine it with the passing and shooting skills,this paper carried out an experimental research by the application of 8-type dribbling skill in order to find out the ways for the improvement of Basketball teaching and training effect,increase the level of Basketball skill of students to improve their physical quality. |
