| 摘 要： | 高校教师行为“软环境”对学生心理健康的影响极为重要。“软环境”中的消极因素如果不能得到有效抑制,就会对学生的健康发展产生不利影响,而这种影响的最直接后果是危害学生的心理健康,甚至导致学生产生各种心理障碍。
