| 摘 要： | 转型性变革背景下，学校制度结构与功能更新是对变革要求的积极响应，这是因为，现行学校内部制度状况面临着进一步优化结构、完善功能的需要。通过对制度结构与制度功能的考察可以得知，只有在两者的互动关系中方有可能实现教育的成事成人。

| Abstract: | In the context of transitional reform, the update of structure and function of the school system is a positive response to reform requirement. This is because the current situation facing the school system need to be further optimized its structure and improved the function. Through the research of system structure and function, we got the answer that in order to achieve the Educational Target, only through the interaction between the structure and function. |
