培养“双师型”教师的多元保障机制研究

摘    要:校企协作是提升教师的实践能力,培养"双师型"教师的有效途径。但由于政府、企业、学校、教师等方面的原因,导致校企协作培养"双师型"教师的状况不容乐观,亟待构建多元保障机制。为此,通过建立组织机构,完善政策法规,确定经费来源,建立协同机制,修订资格标准与健全激励机制等,实现校企协作培养"双师型"教师的组织、法制、经费、管理、目标、动力等方面的保障。

Abstract:School-enterprise cooperation is an effective way of promoting teacher's practice ability and training "double qualified teachers". However,due to certain factors in the thoughts and behaviors of the government,the enterprises,the schools and the teachers, the eurrent situation of this cooperated program is not optimistic. The establishing of a mechanism of multiple guarantees is urgently needed. Therefore, we must establish training organization, perfect training policies and regulations, determine the training budget, establish mechanism of cooperative management, revise the qualification standards and perfect the incentive mechanism, in order to guarantee this cooperated program in aspects of organization, the legal system, funds, management, objeetives and dynamic.
