| 摘 要： | 塔里木南缘县域地处边远，交通不便，经济发展缓慢。其地域广阔，人口以少数民族为主，是新疆最贫困地区之一。因此，对该地区经济发展现状及其尽快走上快速发展轨道的研究和思考，具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The south edge of Tarim Basin,a far end countryside,has undeveloped traffic facility,it's economy developing slowly.There is vast land there and the minority people are prevalent.It is one of the most undeveloped areas in Xingjiang.So it would be of practical significance to study it's economy deveopment as well as it's grabbing swift tempo of economy growth. |
