| Abstract: | Hhe development of information science is highly related with the basic human information environment. Networking is not only a challenge but also an opportunity to information science. This paper reviews the former theories,based on the analysis of logic starting point of information science, and points out that knowledge organization and innovation is the main task of information science. In the end, advances "knowledge chain" to deduct information science. |
