摘    要:把表象训练法的理论及方法应用在网球的教学中,用于学习与改进动作,旨在为提高网球教学效果。经实验表明,结合表象训练进行教学,对学习和掌握动作技术具有明显的促进作用,有助于建立和巩固正确动作的动力定型,加深动作记忆。

Abstract:In order to further enhance the teaching quality in the process of learning and improving movement techniques, the author of the present paper has proposed his approach of adopting presentational training in tennis teaching by combining the theory of sports psychology with physical teaching practice. With a detailed analysis of the theoretical foundations and potential feasibility, the author has worked out his concrete teaching programs available for the method. The experimental results show that employment of presentational training in tennis teaching is expected to significantly promote the learning of movement techniques.
