我国教师评价方法存在的问题探析及解决对策

摘    要:教师评价是教师科学化、规范化管理的重要手段之一,科学的教师评价方法是使这一手段得以实现的有效保障。我国当前的教师评价方法强调指标体系的行为化和可测性,注重数量化的测定和结果,强调评价的客观性和精确性,这种评价方法有它的优势所在,但也存在着很多的不足,需要进一步改进和完善。

Abstract:Teacher assessment is one of the means to achieve scientific and standardized administration of teachers.A scientific approach of assessing teachers can effectively guarantee the implementation of the means.The current assessment approach attaches importance to the following:measurability of index system,quantified measurement and result,objectivity and accuracy of assessment.This approach has its advantages.However,it also has many disadvantages which need to be eradicated.
