| 摘 要： | 南宋时期宋慈编著的《洗冤集录》,被誉为世界上现存最早的一部较完整的法医学专著。而就我国古代法医学的发展史而言,称之为集我国古代法医学之大成的一部专著亦是当之无愧。当我们将《洗冤集录》中所展现的刑事检验技术成就与追溯远古的法医学的发展状况联系起来比较分析时,不得不从古代一脉相承的刑事检验技术的成就中感慨我国法医学发展的辉煌历史。

| Abstract: | "Stories of wiping out injustice",written by Song Ci in the Nansong Dynasty,was regarded as the earliest medical jurisprudence monograph in the ancient China. It was the collections of all achievements of medical jurisprudence that had ever been obtained in the Nansong dynasty.When traced back to the development of medical jurisprudence in the immemorial time, the criminal proof-test technique used by Song Ci had become the zenith of medical jurisprudence development in the ancient China. |
