中西语境中“学校本位”之辩与问

摘    要:西方背景下的"学校本位"源流极为复杂,代表了教师教育的一种整体转向,表述的是在新自由主义和新保守主义的思潮中衍生的一种以市场为本位追求教师质量的制度化的实践。我国实践中有"学校本位"的要素,但是,政策和研究层面上大规模的中国化历程并非教师教育领域自然发展的结果,而是作为新课程改革的辅助策略。辨析中西语境中的"学校本位",产生了中国的"学校本位"之问,是顺理成章还是顺水推舟?顺水推舟的学校本位,没有教师教育连贯的制度设计和权力关系的变化,"学校为本"有可能面临"反反思"的危险,它们维持与巩固的或许正是课程改革力求打破的"传统"。
