摘    要:国家决定从2010年1月1日起高校执行岗位绩效工资制度。由于制度设计本身的问题和在实践中的阻力,改革进展并不如意。改革中存在岗位管理未完全实现、分配模式单一,绩效考核流于形式等问题。该制度需要在科学设置岗位,岗位聘任与考核、平衡和协调好各类岗位人员,针对不同岗位实行不同绩效工资分配模式等方面进一步完善。

Abstract:The country decided to implement performance salary system in the university from January 1^st,2010. However, the reform did not go well according to the current situation, because of the problems of system and resistances. There are some problems such as position management not fully realized, single distribution model, performance appraisal becomes a mere formality.
