| 摘 要： | 基于开放存取(OA)的基本特征及局部建模思想,遵循功能化、模块化、开放性、稳定性四大OA式科学交流系统建模基本原则,提出系统的四大基本构成要素,即OA式科学交流主要活动模块、各活动模块相关参与者、系统功能与目标、系统控制机制,并对各要素内部及要素之间的关系进行关联分析,最后构建OA式科学交流系统的一般模型,总结该模型较之传统科学交流系统模型具有的鲜明特色。
