| 摘 要： | 社区老年体育在无锡是一个逐步被人们认识的全新概念,它是以社区老年为主参与的以轻竞技、重健身和娱乐的体育活动。试通过对社区老年体育的概念.功用.及现状进行探讨以利于推动无锡社区老年体育的大力发展和提高。
