| 摘 要： | 近代中国的爱国主义内涵十分丰富，具体可划分为两大类别五个层次。义和团运动所体现的爱国主义绝非仅仅是一般下层民众的爱国主义，统治阶级顽固守旧派默许乃至公开支持义和团“灭洋”，具有广泛深厚的社会基础和文化心理基础。近代中国的“师夷长技”、“中体西用”、“扶清灭洋”、实业救国、教育救国、科学救国、学术救国，以及各种启蒙、维新和革命，都是爱国主义的重要内容和表现形式。不同类别和层次的爱国主义的历史作用不同，各具其时代进步性、局限性与历史的合理性。

| Abstract: | The connotation of the patriotism of the modern China was very rich. It could be divided into two categories and five classes. The patriotism that was shown by the Boxers' movement was more then the patriotism of the common crowed of the lower classes. It had the broad and deep social base and cultural and psychological base that the diehards and the old liners in the controlling class acquiesced in and even supported publicly the Boxers' annihilating the foreigner. In modern China, learning the advantages of the foreigners, taking the Chinese culture as the body and the Western technology as the tool, supporting the Qing Dynasty and annihilating the foreigners, saving china with the development of the industry, saving China with the development of the education, saving China with the development of the science, saving China with the development of the learning and all kinds of enlightenments, reforms and revolutions in the modern China all were the important contents and expression styles of the patriotism. The function of the different categories and classes of the patriotism were different. They all had their own progressive and limited nature of the time or the nationality and the historic rationality . |
