| 摘 要： | 校园文化是学校特有的一种文化现象,具有显性与隐性的育人功能,而高职校园文化则是融入了企业文化的具有职业文化色彩的校园文化。当前受多元化思潮的冲击,高职校园文化建设面临多方面的挑战,必须从内涵发掘、音乐引领、特色打造和虚实结合四个方面创新建设思路。
