摘    要:被动式超低能耗建筑具有低能耗、高品质和环境友好的优点,越来越受到我国政府和建筑产业相关人员的重视。通过研究国内被动式超低能耗建筑的发展现状及趋势,分析其目前快速发展过程中面临的问题,并从政策标准、关键技术、成本因素、社会环境等方面提出了相应的对策和措施,以期促进被动式超低能耗建筑产业实现高质量发展,为建筑节能产业转型升级提供新的发展思路。

Abstract:Passive ultra-low energy consumption building has the advantages of low building energy consumption,high quality and environmental friendliness,which has been paid more and more attention by Chinese government and the construction industry.In order to promote the high-quality development of passive ultra-low energy consumption construction industry,and provide new development ideas for the transformation and upgrading of building energy-saving industry,this paper studies the development status and trend of passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings in China.Aiming at its rapid development trend and prominent problems,it explores the corresponding countermeasures and measures from the aspects of policy standards,key technologies,cost factors,social environment,etc.
