摘    要:网络零售是电子商务经济和信息经济的发展方向,网络零售企业的经营效率能反映其发展状况。受新冠肺炎疫情的影响,国内外网络零售行业面临重重困难。为了应对挑战,企业需正确认知自身经营状况,调整经营策略。采用DEA的BCC-Malmquist分析法对18个网络零售上市企业2018-2019年经营数据进行静动态效率分析,研究得出,在2018-2019年网络零售企业全要素生产指数总体呈有效上升态势,大部分企业达到技术进步效率有效,造成网络零售企业技术效率偏低的关键因素是规模效率偏低,因此提出在保证商品质量的前提下,采用精细化管理模式、引入先进生产技术和控制运营成本等对策,以提高企业经营效率。

Abstract:Online retail is the development direction of e-commerce economy and information economy.The operation efficiency of online retail enterprises can reflect their development status.Affected by the novel coronavirus pneumonia,the retail industry at home and abroad is facing many difficulties.In order to meet the challenges,enterprises need to correctly understand their own business conditions and adjust their business strategies.This paper uses the BCC Malmquist analysis method of DEA to analyze the static and dynamic efficiency of 18 Online Retail Listed Enterprises from 2018 to 2019.The results show that the total factor production index of online retail enterprises in 2018-2019 is on the rise,and most enterprises achieve effective technological progress efficiency.The key factor causing the low technical efficiency of online retail enterprises is the low scale efficiency.Therefore,it is proposed to adopt refined management mode,introduce advanced production technology and control operating costs on the premise of ensuring the quality of goods to improve the efficiency of enterprise management.
