| 摘 要： | 通识教育是我国目前高等教育改革的热点,以强调人格教育、知识整合和视野拓展等独特理念适应了创新型人才培养的需要,并发挥着积极的作用。在教育信息化的不断发展过程中,经过多年来大力推进教学资源的建设工作,积累了一大批优质的网络教学资源。通过网络,教师和学生方便快捷地获得优质的教育资源,提高教与学的效率,促进了特色网络资源的积累。因此如何利用优质的网络教学资源,建设有助于创新型人才培养的通识教育成为一个重要的系统问题。在分析网络资源和通识教育内涵的基础上,探讨了基于网络的创新人才培养的通识教育构建有效途径。

| Abstract: | General education is current higher education reform hotspot .It meets the need of the cultivation of innovative talents on emphasizing the personality education , knowledge integration and expending vision , and plays a positive role .In the development process of education informationization , and after years of promoting teaching resources construction work , a large number of high -quality teaching resources of network are accumulated .On the network , teachers and students are convenient to obtain high quality education resources , then the efficiency of teaching and learning is improved ,and the accumulation of characteristics cyber source is promoted.Therefore, how to use the high-quality teaching resources of network and construct general education that is helpful to the cultivation of innovative talents are became an important problem .The paper is analyzed cyber source and general education connotation , and discussed how to construct the effective way of general education based on network innovative talents cultivation . |
