摘    要:企业管理是一门实践性很强的课程,案例教学与亲验式练习相结合的教学模式更能突出培养学生的创新思维与实践能力。本文从案例教学与亲验式练习相结合的教学方法出发,分析探讨了三种双向互动企业管理教学的优化模式,并指出了每种模式具体的应用流程,为企业管理教学提供了理论与实践相结合的教学思路。

Abstract:Enterprise management is a practical curriculum,the mode of case teaching and personal experiential exercises is better to cultivate students' innovative thinking ability and practical ability.This article analyzes three two-way interactive teaching optimized modes of enterprise management from case teaching and personal experiential exercises,and points out the specific applicative process for each mode.These teaching modes provide teaching ideas of combining theory with practice for enterprise management.
