| 摘 要： | 法律语言是司法活动的载体,准确性是其最基本的要求,而现行法律语言中广泛存在模糊性。该文主要分析了法律语言的准确性、模糊性及模糊性存在的原因和消极影响,并对法律语言模糊性的消除和准确性的实现提出了若干对策。
