论成人情感与学习

摘    要:情感是一种学习内容,成人学习情感强调自我反思。情感是一种学习方法,从动机的维度而言,成人需要维持一个合适的动机水平,即情绪处于中等唤醒水平;从思维的维度而言,成人需运用情感等非理性因素。情感是一种学习目的,即使人成为一个真正的"人"。有鉴于此,激励成人有意识学习并运用自己特有的"情感",促进成人更好的了解自己、认识世界。

Abstract:Feeling is a kind of learning content,adult learning feeling emphasizes on self-reflection.Feeling is a learning method.From the dimension of motivation,adults need to maintain an appropriate level of motivation,and that is the level of emotional awakening in the middle;from thinking in terms of dimensions,adults need to use irrational factors such as feeling.Feeling is a purpose of learning,which makes the person become a real "man".In view of this,it will encourage adults to learn and use their unique sense of "feeling" to understand themselves and the world well.
