| 摘 要： | 以参加第10届全运会女子蹦床项目资格赛和决赛运动员为研究对象,对运动员比赛中的成绩与技术及执行新规则情况进行分析研究。结果表明：我国优秀运动员第Ι、Ⅱ套动作编排基本符合新规则的要求;决赛成绩好于资格赛,成绩的提高主要反映在动作质量方面,“技术储备”好于“难度储备”;进一步强化动作技术质量,发展、提高动作的难度,是我国优秀运动员备战2008年北京奥运会重点解决的问题。

| Abstract: | Taking the qualified athletes and the finalists of women's trampoline during the 10th National Sports Meet as research subjects,the authors of this paper have studied into the scores and techniques of the top women athletes of trampoline and the new rules executed at the 10th National Sports Meet.The results show that the first and the second serial movements performed by the top women athletes can basically meet the standards;their scores in the final match are better than that in the qualification match and their higher scores are mainly obtained from their movement quality,which means their technique reserve is better than their difficulty reserve.It is pointed out that the most important issue for preparing the athletes for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing is to improve the technical quality of movements and to increase the difficulty level in their selective movements. |
