| 摘 要： | 经济全球化是当今世界不可逆转的发展趋势，我国西部地区的开发，也要参与经济全球化中。西部的优势主要是土地、水、矿产资源的优势，特别是其丰富的能源开发利用，将对西部地区的发展、我国能源结构的调整以及国家可持续发展战略的实施起到重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Economic globalization is an irreversible developing trend of the world. The development of the western region of our country should take part in the globalization. The advantage of the west consists in land, water, and mineral resources. The exploitation of its rich energy resources is of vital significance to the development of the west, the reorganization of energy structure of the country and the implementation of the state strategy of sustainable development. |
