| 摘 要： | 提升政府行政能力对构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要作用。在构建和谐社会过程中,我国政府行政能力建设存在决策机制不健全,公共服务意识较差等亟待解决的问题。通过理顺政府体制,优化职能等途径及方法来提升政府行政能力,促进和谐社会的构建。

| Abstract: | Improving the administrative capacity of the government is of importance in the building up of a socialist harmonious society.In the process of constructing a harmonious society,there exist such problems in the administrative ability of the government of our country as the imperfect decision-making mechanism,the relatively poor consciousness of public service,etc.Governmental administrative abilities can be improved by bringing into a better balance the governmental systems and by optimizing its functions so as to accelerate the building up of a harmonious society. |
