摘    要:中职《旅游文化》课程目标在于培养社会能力、方法能力、专业能力等旅游职业能力,但在教师主体、教学理念、教学方法、教学评价等方面还存在着诸多问题。基于职业能力培养,《旅游文化》教学策略包括:开展教学考察,引入职业感知,如参观校内实训中心、观摩校外实训基地、邀请行业专家作报告等;活用教学方法,深化职业认知,如灵活运用小组合作教学法、互联网+教学法、混合式教学法、翻转教学法等;参加社会实践,促进职业行知。

Abstract:The aim of Tourism Culture course is to cultivate social ability, method ability, professional ability and other tourism professional ability, but there are still many problems in teaching staff, teaching concept, teaching method, teaching evaluation, and so on. Based on the cultivation of vocational ability, the teaching strategies of "Tourism Culture" include: Firstly, conducting teaching investigation, introducing occupational perception, such as visiting the training center on campus and observing the off-campus training base, and inviting industry experts to give a speech;secondly, flexibly using the teaching method to deepen vocational cognition, such as the flexible use of group cooperation teaching method, Internet + teaching, blended teaching, and flipped teaching, etc.;thirdly, participating in social practice to promote professional knowledge.
