| 摘 要： | 通过“大学生耐挫力问卷”调查，对分层整体抽样选取的某大学400名学生进行研究。结果发现：大学生耐挫力水平总体呈负偏态，高于平均水平，大学生耐挫力水平在性别上没有显著性差异，在年级、专业、家庭结构上存在显著差异。可以得出结论为：年级、专业、家庭结构是影响大学生耐挫力的主要因素。鉴于此，提出五条建议：引导大学生树立科学的挫折观、加强体育锻炼、开展职业生涯规划与就业指导、开设专题课程、家校结合等。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the current situation of college students’ setback-resistance and its related factors, using the self-designed college students’ setback-resistance scale on the 400 students of a university who were selected by stratified whole sam-pling.The results found that college students＆#39;setback-resistance level is quite good with a negative total level and an above average score.There is no significant difference on gender and there is significant difference in grade, major and family structure.We can draw the conclusion that grade, major and family structure are the main factors to influence the college students’ setback-resistance. Thus, we propose five suggestions：guiding students to establish a scientific concept of frustration;strengthening physical exercise;carrying out the occupation career planning and employment guidance; setting up special courses; making the integrated forces of family and school. |
