| Abstract: | In this paper,it has been put forward that,for the sake of building a basic environment the suit the developing of the higher vocational education,our govemment should formulate the policies and treasures considering that the levels of the higher vocational education should be improved,that the degree-system should also be practiced in this field,that the preferential treatments in funds raising and policies setting should be granted for the development of higher vocational education and that the employment permission system should be promoted from all around. |
