| 摘 要： | 三农问题是本届政府十分关注的问题。农业产业化作为解决当前我国农业问题的一条有效途径，具有较为深刻的制度内涵，其根源在于原有制度内部力量的积累和新的有利的外部经济机会的产生。实行农业产业化的路径选择就是要建立良好的制度环境，制定切实可行的产业组织政策、产业结构政策和外部保障政策。

| Abstract: | Agriculture problem is concerned by the government.Agriculture industrialization is the available way to solve the problem.Agriculture industrialization have the new institutional trails and intension and it is based on the accumulation of inhere institution inside power and the production of new beneficial outer economical chance.The route choice of agriculture industrialization is to set up good institution environment and establish beneficial industry organization policy,industry structure policy and exterior safeguard policy. |
